Dallas Loper is a small director raised in Orlando, Florida. He is most well-known for his film "Indecipherable" and is developing and producing multiple projects. Dallas started his own film production company in 2022 called Neon District Pictures and they help produce all his films. He commonly works with other people such as Jeshua Johnson and Cherron Jackson. He got his start making short films with friends around 2019.
